TN-VISA application with Acquitted (non-conviction) charges

Hi, I had a Domestic Violence case (common Assault charges) but got acquitted by a court of law in a criminal trial. So, I do not have a conviction. I have a court letter as a proof. But CBS will see this acquittance charges during their inspection.
Can you please let me know how this would impact my TN application?
