I have a new job offer from a Canadian company but I would be working for the US company owned by the Canadian company. I have been in the US for over 10 years under various TN’s. Would there be a risk that the TN would be denied because of the Canadian ownership? I have another offer from a US company that I may take if it is risky to take the first offer.
