  • Traveling on AP via London (H1 stamping expired, valid B1 visa)

Hi friends - I am traveling to India on March 9th via London and Dubai. My H1b stamping (visa) on the passport has expired. I have an AP and also have a B1 visa valid until 2015.

I am wondering if I need DATV to come back to US since I have a valid B1 visa on my passport, though I am not actually using it at the US port of entry (I
    ll be using AP).

    Any input is highly appreciated.

You don't need a DATV. B1 Visa is sufficient. UK just needs to see a Visa, they don't care about your immigration status in the US.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
