ESTA or B1 Visa ?

Hi All,

In Dec 2016 I had H1B Approved from USCIS and visa application in London went in Administrative Processing and it remained there Until April 2019.

During this time period I applied ESTA (because I have British citizenship) which was not authorized

My Question is should I apply ESTA or Visit visa. If there is a lawyer who can help me in filling application.

Answered this over in the B visa forum. You've left out serious important details. ESTA isn't going to heal itself. What happened to your H1B and previous ESTA denial are important in determining if you'll ever be admissible.
