Hi
I need some input about my mothers and wife/child who are planning to come to US.I have a H-1 B visa.i came to US in March 2005 and have an earning of 50K with bank balance of 5500$.
My mom is going for the interview on Aug 3rd and my wife and child are going on the next day i.e Aug 4th .My wife and child are filing for a H4 and my Mom for a B2(visitor).
I just wanted to know if it is safe to do so.
