B2 Visa family travel

I am on L-2 and my husband on L-1 .His L1 is in extension procedure and we might get the result till 15th April .However we have I-94 till December 2014.
My parents and brother (Their B2 visa is approved) they are flying on 23rd April to USA.
1).Is it okie to travel at that time whatever be the result on Visa extension.
2)considering my brother is 18 years of age and applying for colleges in India.Can he face some issues at POE? What are the docs they should carry?
