Hi everyone,
I am new to this form.
I am on H4 visa and planning to bring my parents for pleasure trip. While filling the DS160 forum , I got a few doubts and need some expert advice..
My father is now retired but previously he has been working in a scientific govt organisation. He had been rejected visa 3 times ( two times student visa and one time visitor visa). While filling the DS 160 form there is qs " Have you ever been refused a US visa before" . I know I have to say YES but they ask the Explanation. Can anybody please suggest what to write in this column. Does the previous rejections have any affect on the present visitor visa application since now the situation is different and my dad is retired.
PLease help.. I am worried what to fill in there and if the there will be any implications of previous visa denial on present application.
