hello
can someone please give me an idea. i applied for a b/2 visa went for an interview, the VO was nice and he asked couple of question which i asnwered ,and he asked about the coutries i have been to and particulalry why some of them .i did asnwer all . after few minute .he return my old passport and held the new one . and told me have a nice trip and have a nice day but no receipt or anything like your visa have been approvved. does anyone have any idea of this situation .kindly help i got confuse sincei have started making travelling plan for holiday

Nothing to do with your old passport and new one is required to fix the visa, so he kept it.

You can track your visa status online or you may call them to get a satisfactory answer.

Am just worried that since he dint said it was approve he just said have a nice trip and gave back my old passport ! Am hoping for the best tho! It kept my heading thinking so much .

I don't see any problem in your case.

Why don't you call them once, instead of worrying that much.
