B2 - No tax returns - No income

Hi,

I am sponsoring B2 tourist visa to my parents and my parents do not have any IT returns or income in last 5 years.
We dissolved our business long back and my father is retired after that.

Can we show some proofs prior to 5 years?
How can present our case to get visa?

I can show my grand parents as strong ties. But does it makes sense to show dependents on my father with out income?
I have been taking care of their living.

Also I have a brother whose marriage is planned later this year.

Visas are issued based on present conditions and eligibility. Your previous business will not help him getting visa anyway.
But, if his visit is really important, then he may give a try.
