    H1B Extension and Travel to India

    Hi,

    My i94 is valid till Aug 2016, however, i have recently changed my employer and filed for Transfer in Regular processing.
    I got the reciept number one week back and i have to Travel to India in May first Week.

    Can i travel to India and than Back without approved petition.
