How soon can I apply for parents Visitor Visa

Hi,

I recently moved to USA on H1 B. Its been around 2 and half months.
I am planning to apply Visitor visa for my parents.
How early can I apply?
I have sufficient funds to sponsor them but should I sponsor or its better if my parents apply themselves i.e. self sponsored.
Does it really matter in the interview that how much time I have spent in USA?

Kindly suggest or provide inputs.

There is no set time limit. You can sponsor now as long as you have sufficient funds to show the visa officer.
