Bank verification letters for Parents

Hello,
I got only one copy of the verification letter, the bank did not send two. It is said in immihelp each applicant needs one letter from bank. My parents have interview on the 17th, I think I don't have much time to request other copy and send it again.

Is it ok to if both of my parents show one original bank verification letter. Please any one let me know if it is ok.

To :Immihelp : on the site it says we need one for each applicant, could you please clarify it on the site, that we can submit one ( one for each applicant may be good, in case if it is correct).

If appointment is same time, one is enough for co-applicants too.
