Hello All,

Iam planning to visit US in the month of September for a 15 day vacation to my relatives house in New York.

When can I apply for my Visa and whether the Green Card copy and invitation letter of my relative is fine to submit as proof .

Also requesting to advise and provide suggestions regarding the chances of getting my visa, as there are lot of forums that the chance of getting a Tourist Visa for IT person is very less.

You can apply for the visa whenever you want.
You do not need to submit a green card copy or an invitation letter.

Your best hope for success is to pay for the trip yourself and to have enough income that you are eager to return home on day 15. There are no shortcuts.
