Visitor visa for grandmother

I am currently in H1B visa and have sponsored B2 Visa earlier for my parents. I would like to sponsor for my grandmother now.
I am sending the documents like I134, passport and visa copies, bank statements, paystubs, W2 and letter to consular and grandmother. My questions are:
Do I need to send any other documents?
Do I need to provide proof of relationship or family tree? Will they be checking that?
Grandfather is not planning to apply for visitor visa..will they ask any questions on that?

2. It is good to provide some proof of relationship.
