Reg: Employer Letter

We are into business and the entire business is on my mom's name but my dad is taking care of it. And in the income tax returns, he shows that he is an employee of the organization drawing X salary. So when we are showing the property documents, how should we show this.

Do my dad need to get a letter from my mom telling the consulate that my dad is an employee of mom's business or ? please help me out.

We are in the process of preparing the documentation and this is very useful document to show strong ties to home country.
