My cousin is Australian PR holder and she got 10 years visit visa of USA , i want to ask that every body is saying me that Australian PR holder can not get 10 years multiple visit visa of USA. and if she got it it is by mistake she has been granted. Please i need to know the solution that the visa granted by mistake or USA can grant 10 years multiple visit visa to Australian PR. She applied in Australia. Please help me to understand.

She applied for a 10 year multiple entry visa and was approved for it. What "everybody" says, is irrelevant.
