Hello All,
My parents had a multiple entry visitors visa for US. They have visited US few times and last year their visas have expired. Unfortunately they did not apply for extension before it expired. They also have recently got their passports renewed too. Can someone please help me with the following?:
1) Do we need to restart their application fresh, as if they never had a visa before? I see a lot of information on first time visa application. However not much on reapplication.
2) Is their a separate process for applicants who had their visa's expired?
3)If not for the second question above, then when they apply their application like fresh, is their a way to indicate that they had visa's in the past, so potentially expedite their process?
