B2 Extension Documents

Hi,

My parents' B2 visa is expiring on Nov-2018. When can they file for renewal of their visa? What documents do I submit from here as a sponsor of their visa? I think they just require to submit all documents through Dropbox but I am not sure what documents do they need from my side as I am going to sponsor them.

My parents require to renew their 10 years visitors visa. My father is working for government. He already submitted NOC letter 10 years ago. This time when he applied for B2 visa again, does he require to submit NOC from Government with his application for interview waiver Dropbox program?
