Tourist visa for biological parents

My daughter entered USA on tourist visa. Subsequently she was legally
adopted by her aunt in USA and educated her in USA. during this period I
made several attemt to visit her on her school graduations. But my visa
was rejected. I never declaired on my visa application that she is my
daughter since I have no legal rights to her now. She is my hart and love.

I need to be with her on her next grduation ceramony one time in my life.
