    Average Balance needed to sponsor tourist visa to my parents ? ?

    Hi All,

    1. I am planning to apply tourist visa for my parents. would like to how much average balance (for 6 month) in the bank acct holds good to get visitor visa.
    2. what if i have very less average balance of 2K USD. Is it possible to sponsor visa to my parents ? if not then any other option to get my parents here ? ? ?

    Both you can sponsor them, along with another family member? or even better... have them sponsor their own trip.

      Thanx. but with average balance of 2K in USD, Can i alone sponsor my parents trip.

        i don't think so. airline tickets alone are more than $2k.
