US Visit visa for My Kid and Me

Hi,

My husband is working in UK. I am staying India with my in-laws. My Kid and I would like to visit my sister in USA who is citizen of US and she can sponsor me.

All I would like to know is what sort of documents I need to submit if I want to apply US visit visa. I am not working and I cannot show any good bank balance or tax returns from my side. Will my husbands UK work permit and UK bank balance statements sufficient.

Can anyone help me about the documents to submit?

Show your husband as sponser

I will sugest you to show your husband as sponserer and carry is play slips, UK bank statements, India's bank statement, etc documents.... By doing this your case will be strong.

You will defenately get question from VO way you are not staying with your husband in UK. You can reply back saying you are having old in laws to look after.
