Dad's occupation on DS-156

I'm confused what occupation should I put on my father's DS-156. He is already retired but now he is just managing/running her sister's business (Fish breeding business). This means the business is not registered to him so the tax papers are not under his name. And since they are family, her sister has just to pay my dad regularly without goiong thru a system. So now i don't know what to write. Please help. Thank you.
