Employment letter

Hello,
I am trying to sponsor my sister inlaw for visitors visa to the US and I wanted to know if anyone is able to provide a template for a Job letter. Unfortunately at my company the attorneys have to do it and I wanted to see if there is a template I can provide my HR manager and if he can type it up for me. If you don't have a template then I just need to know what information to put on the letter.
