Parents got visa!

Dear C4us and Immihelp members:

I would like to thank everyone who suggest and help on this forum to prepare for the interview. I am really thankful for all post and discussion. I prepared all documents listed in this forum.
My SPECIAL THANKS to C4us for your replies.

First time when I booked interview dates for my parents last moment they had got some illness problem and then I had to cancel the interview. I took interview date after a month. I took different dates for my mom and dad. My mom had interview on 21st october @ 9:45 am and dad on 24th october @ 9:45 am at Kolkatta embassy.

My mom and dad both had HINDI language interview. VO had interpreter for both interviews. BOTH HAD SELF SPONSER so I didn't send any Bank or I-34 documents but whatever documents was needed prepared very well.

They asked very simple question and were in good mood.

Mom Interview:

Where are you going in USA?
****
What your daugther does?
**** *
How many childrens?
**** **
What your son in law does who is in USA?
**** *

You got visa...didn't see any documents.

Dad Interview:

For how long you wants to go?

How many kids?

Thats all...He was very funny or you can say he seems very cool..told my dad..go and enjoy america...you got visa... Just saw bank paper.

self sponser visitor visa

Hi skumari,

I came to know ur parents got visitor visa by self sponsering.Even my parents r planning to visit US on self sponser.

We are not sure what are the documents required from our side to be sent to them??


Can you please guide me abt this??
