Inviting parents to USA

Hello everybody: I wish to invite my parents to the US. They have visited US before a couple of times and their visas (tourist - multiple entry) are valid until 2011. In this case, what is the procedure for invitation? What are the list of docs I'd need to send them? I'd appreciate your input. Thanks, NS

Since their visa is still valid till 2011, they do not need any documents except your address and telephone nos.

I assumed that they know about the insurance part as they have visited USA couple of times.
