Visitor Visa for my Brother?

What are chances of getting a visitor visa for my brother who is in 11th class (age 15 1/2 yrs.)?

Is there anything we can do to prove to U.S. Embassy he would go back definitely (because he is in school etc.)

please share experience or advice if any.
