Can i able to sponser my Mom ?
HI,
I want to call my mom in USA for Holidays.
I am here in USA on h1B from June 2009 only.
I am having pay stubs and around 9k bank balance.
But i don't have Tax return or W2 form because i am new.
my question is: can i sponsor my mom even though i don't have tax return or w2 because i am new? can VO will create any problem?
