Visitor Travel - Sponsor Out of county

Hi,

I sponsered visitor visa for my in-laws last year, and they got the visa stamped on their passports. My current visa is ending and am travelling back to my home country. My wife got new H1B this Oct, and she is moving to this status. She already working on her previous visa, so she has all paystubs for past 2+ years. I want to bring my in-laws to stay with my wife while I am out of country. Is there any problem for this at POE ? because I am the sponsorer, and I am out of county ? Please suggest..

Thank you very much immihelp. One more question.. Dont they check the status of Sponsor at POE ? Any chances of asking questions abt this ? to be safe side what all documents they should carry ?

They can ask questions like who you are going to visit, how long you are going to visit etc.

However, it is not mandatory that the sponsor must be in the US when they enter the US. Somehow their expenses must be taken care in the US.

No special documents are necessary.
