Why Ds 5535 issued post refusal of B1/B2 visa?
I am currently over H4 dependent visa and my husband is over H1-B visa. My husband sponsored B2 visa for my parents and brother but they were refused the visa (the same is reflected over CEAC website). Now they have received Ds-5535 form to be filled out . Does that mean they are being reconsidered for visa application? please help to answer the same.
