B1/B2 visa approved but CEAC status shows "Administrative Processing"

Hi
My wife and I gave our interview at the Chennai consulate on 5th April and the VO approved our application and said our passports will be ready in 3-4 days time.

However I just checked the status of both our DS 160 on the CEAC website and it shows "Administrative Processing". We did not get any 221g slip from the VO and the VO clearly told us, that he is approving our visas.

Is this normal or is this an one-off case?

Update: Just checked the status this morning and it said "Issued". Guess all applications go into default "Administrative Processing" once approval is given by the VO

Update: Received both passports today with visa validity of 10 years

Hello me and my mom had interview for b2 visa on 4th dec and got approved. Received an approved slip. My mom got her issued passport on 6th, but My status showing administration process from the date of interview its almost 9 working days passed. Can any suggest me whats going on?
