Hello! I briefly spoke with an immigration attorney about my friend's upcoming visa appointment. She told me because I am a woman sponsoring a man, that his visa application will likely get denied because the assumption would be he was trying to get married. I don't want him to lie but its too late to change the application. Do anyone else believe this would be a factor for denial?
