Visitor visa

My parents are currently in Canada on visitor visa and we applied for his USA visitor visa, we booked an appointment for interview and it was rejected, the interview agent asked only one question what is the status of your immigration application and my dad was not aware of that. We tried to check online but could not find a suitable link to check appropriately.

How we can check the status and if somebody can share a link to check the immigration number starting with BMB__________.

One of the basic requirement for B2 visa is the prove that you have strong ties to your home country. By filing an immigration application, you showed that you've immigration intent.

B2 visa is not for your parents anymore.
