A friend of mine is currently living in the us after overstaying on their b1/b2 visa issued by Jamaica. She is getting married to her boyfriend however her child's father and the child (3) is now apply for their visa back in Jamaica.
My question is, will the child's application be affected because she overstayed or will they only be looking at the child's and father's information?
