Entering US on vistor's visa while Green card (consular processing) is ongoing

My mother has her visitor's visa valid until 2027. I filed for her green card via consular processing last year. Her I-130 is approved and her DS-260 is filed. We are not sure when she will get her appointment for interview at the consulate since they are closed due to Covid. Are there any risks if I bring her to the US on her visitor's visa now? Anything I can do to reduce this risk?
