Legal Stay duration on B2 visa

My parents are in USA. Here are the details:
1. Visa expiration date is in May (5/XX/2021)
2. Arrived in USA in Feb 2021
3. I-94 date (Admit Until Date : 08/XX/2021) is in August 2021

Can they stay past the visa expiration date given the I-94 date for leaving the country is in August 2021??
We would like them to stay untill July 2021)

Yes. How long they can stay is determined by their I-94 and regulations on B2 status. US visas are solely for entry and the visa expiration date just means the last date they can use the visa to enter. They can even enter the US on that visa on the exact expiration date in May, and would still be able to stay for 6 months if admitted for that long (which they usually will be).

The US B1/B2 Visa allows you to stay for a maximum of 180 days Per Entry.
