B2 Visa Travel during Covid

Hello,

Is travel from India on a B2 visa (visitor visa) permitted amid the rising Covid cases? I haven't been able to find a clear answer from any immigration authority so if someone could provide an official response it would be very helpful.

Yes, if you travel to the US by air, have not been present in (and do not transit through) Mainland China, Iran, the Schengen Area, the UK, Ireland, Brazil, or South Africa in the previous 14 days, and you have a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the flight.
