Where to send the I-134

Hello - We are trying to find out where to send a completed I-134 and supporting documentation. This is in support of a non-immigrant visitor visa (DS-160 applicant is from Indonesia ; I-134 sponsor is from US).

Neither the I-134 application nor the associated instructions specify where to take or mail the documents. I have spoken to my local USCIS application support office and have tried contacting the national visa center, but still do not have an answer.

We understand how to fill out the I-134 and what documents are required to supplement that form. We just need to know exactly where to submit the paperwork.

You give it to the visitor who will present it to the consulate.

Does the sponsor's information need to be verified and approved by some US agency before sending the documents to the visitor, or does the US embassy in Jarkata just look through everything at the interview?
