Parents Visitor Visa/US citizen minor child

My minor son who is 3.5 years old is US citizen by birth. Me and my wife moved back to India last year. Now son has been detected with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and we need to travel to US for his treatment. Can anybody suggest what documents are required to get the visa?

You apply with a B2 Visa. Be prepared to show that the duration of treatment is going to be a reasonably temporary time (six months, for instance). There will be an assumption with things like this is that you're going to overstay.
