Hello everyone . I submitted my DS-160 form few months ago and while I was checking the form I came across a few mistakes that I have already made . First thing is my purpose of travel was tourism , so I chose B2 Tourism/Medical treatment category instead of B1/B2 . Secondly , there was a column that states “Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the united states citizenship and immigration services”? I chose the answer as No . Here is the tricky part , few years ago my aunt filed I-130 petition for Alien relative for my father. Now since a petition was filed for my father should I have answered in the box as yes or did I do the right thing by saying no ? If anyone can help me out on these two questions, it will be really helpful. Thank you
