Certainly, ensure their passport has 6+ months validity.

What is the current or typical processing time for a Form I-539 B-2 extension? Also, if they file the extension before their I-94 date expires, are they legally allowed to remain in the U.S. until a decision is made, even if the decision takes longer than the I-94 date?Originally posted by Libra_14 View PostComment
