Is previous B2 visa valid after stopping green card process?

I filed for my mothers green card in May 2020 and it was I-130 approved, NVC approved and was assigned interview on July 14, 2022. My mother did not want to get green card at that time and did not attend the interview. She has a previous visitor visa to USA valid till 2025. Can she still travel on that visitor visa? What problem if any will she face at immigration counter fi they check for green card filed but not followed up.
