After 6 working days and checking the Japan eVisa website everyday, I was so excited and happy that I finally got my Tourist Japan eVisa issued and approved in one take with no delays or additional documents asked.
Except for one thing, when I open or preview my eVisa, it got my Nationality incorrect. It states “Pakistan” when my nationality is actually “Philippines” or “Filipino”. The documents i submitted such as my passport and ID for proof of residence both states that I am Filipino and yet my visa that they issued still states “Pakistan”.
What should I do? I already asked through the inquire a question form on the eVisa site and also tried calling the Japanese Consulate of San Francisco which is my office for my visa application but they router login are currently on lunch break.
Anyone had similar experience? I fly in 7 weeks for my japan vacation trip.
