want to the USA again

I have violated the tourist visa because I was expecting a baby who was born last year in the USA, and only then we returned to my home country, Will it be possible for me to visit the USA in the near future again, or will I have to wait until my son is 21 and he invites me? I would love to bring him to the USA before his 21 birthday too.
