visa for parents

My H1B is expiring in last week of August 2011 and am sponsoring my parents B2 visitor visa..
Will there be a problem in their visa approval...? I have not applied for visa yet, how much time will it take to get visa. as i am planing to call them in first week of August..

If approved visas are usually stamped in a few days after the interview, barring the possibility of an administrative check (less likely for a visitor visa). Chances of approval depend on individual circumstances.
