  • Visitor Visa to US from New Delhi to a Canadian Visitor

I am inviting my maternal uncle to visit us in Canada. He just got a Canadian visit Visa. As he is coming to Canada I intend to take him to NYC and DC as a tourist for a few days. It seems I-134 is specifically designed for American residents, can someone please guide me as what can be the substitute document from Canada. Will a notarized affidavit be enough? Or do I need anything else? Though, I will be sending all other supporting documents ( Pay stubs, Notice of Assessments, property documents, a statement from the bank and proof of investments, etc.) to him to present to the Immigration Officer in the US Embassy located in New Delhi, India.
Any guidance and help will be deeply appreciated.
    Regards

he can just present the letter you sent him for the canadian visa, if asked.
And there is the canadian visa in his passport for the officer to see.
Usually they do not ask for documents and will decide on the basis of his verbal answers.

Why do you wish to go?
I am visiting my nephew in canada and we will be driving down to Dc and Ny for sightseeing.
How long is your trip to canada?
    xxxxx
What do you do for a living?

    What is your income?

What about your wife and children?

Who will pay for the trip to us?
    Myself.

a lot will depend on his income and work status. also if he has any family ties(wife, kids) behind in india.
