Right now I am on business trip at US with the B1/B2 visa.
I came here on 17 May with the intention to complete all the meetings / discussion with client/vendors and engineering team here within 4 weeks. I was supposed to be returned on 14June. Since some of the meetings with client and some vendors got rescheduled on June end and July first week. I will be leaving on 11 July and so I have a leisure time available for me to explore the USA.
I am planning for my wife (Home maker) and a kid (1 yr old) to join me for rest of my stay here and so visit east coast USA together.
I am bearing all of their travel expenses, medical insurance, food and other personal expenses. I have an accomodation arranged by my company to stay together.
My company has provided a support letter for my family for the visa issuance purpose.
Their visa interview will be in couple of days. I have completed all the documetation part by getting information from immihelp. Thanks for that.
Do I need to provide them any invitation letter or sponser letter for purpose of visa or port of entry ?
