    Visiting Canada when Visitor visa extension is pending

    Hello,

    My parent's Visitor visa extension application is pending now. We are planning to visit Canada using Canadian visitor visa. Will there be any problem when they come back to USA? Will the port of entry officer deny them to enter USA since extension of stay is pending?

    Please share your experience.

    They should not leave the USA if their I-94 already expired and the visit should not be longer than 30 days.

      My parents I-94 is not expired until August 2008. We planned to visit for few days. Is that ok?

        Should be fine as no new I-94 is given.
