Hi Team,
I am writing on behalf of my sister, who presently is in Houston, Texas. She has to extend her stay there as she has to do her Clinical Observership. She presently is having a Tourist Visa - multiple entry, with I-94 that expires on September 27th, 2009. I did go through your web and found out that she needs to fill an I-539 for such purpose. In Part 1, there is column that asks for Apt #, could you tell me what this she will have to fill in here.
She presently is living with her friend and will continue to live with if her I-94 is extended. She does not have a bank account there, neither is her friend willing to provide her bank details to support her stay there. What other documents can Rekha provide to support this.
What documents can she show to support her ties back in India.
Without having an approved extended I-94, she cannot book a post dated flight ticket. Yet the form/instructions shows a need to produce post dated return ticket to be produced.
Where should Rekha make her fees payable, would it be 'Treasurer, Gaum' or 'Commissoner of Finance of the Virgin Islands'.
Also the contact number provided for USCIS is an automated voice response. Is there any way we can get to talk to a human being.
I look forward for your prompt response at the earliest.
