  • Will Recently Denied I130 Decrease Chance To Get B2 visa for My Mom?

USCIS denied recently our I130. Did anyone receive B2 visa after I130 was denied?
    Please please respond!

Well its really difficult. Probably someone have gone through similar situation could help here.

One of the basic requirement of getting an B2 visa is that you have strong ties to your home country & would not stay in USA or try to extend your stay for longer. By filing I130 for her, you have shown her immigration intent - which is exactly opposite to B2 requirement.
