B2 extension after filing I-130

Is it advisable to file I-539 extension of stay on B2 after I-130 has been filed?

• My wife is visiting the US on a B2 visa.
• I have a green card.
• Filed for her an I-130 application after her arrival.
• She plans to leave the country to get her Immigrant Visa interview abroad.

Given the current situation due to coronavirus and airline cancelations, I want to file an extension of stay.

Would filing I-539 complicate the Immigrant Visa in the future?
